Once booked:
Confirmation email sent to both you and Zero Car Rental
Insurance policy and rental agreement signed at pickup
Customers may take photos of the vehicle before signing
Any existing damage will be noted before handover
REMINDERS & COMMUNICATION
To keep everything smooth:
Email & SMS reminder sent 12 hours before pickup/drop-off
Final time confirmation requested 30 minutes prior
DAMAGE & INCIDENT HANDLING
In the event of damage or an accident:
Details recorded on the insurance policy
Any excess amount is deducted automatically via the secure gateway
